Biography: Barbara J. Hodge

Barbara (Barb) J. Hodge is President and CEO of Integrated Therapeutics Institute, LLC
(ITI). Ms. Hodge specializes in working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and/or specialty pharmacy companies to address business issues and opportunities within key managed markets such as employers, health plans, insurers,
PBMs, hospitals/health systems and allied health (public and private sectors). She has nearly 20 years of healthcare experience.
Prior to forming ITI, Ms. Hodge was a Senior Consultant at Aon Consulting in the Life Sciences Practice, a national practice within the corporation. She was responsible for new business development and ongoing management of the practice’s business, client relations, internal and external marketing, strategy development and execution, personnel management and financial reporting of the practice, which totaled approximately $3 million annually.
Ms. Hodge began her career at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) where she was employed for 13 years. She held a variety of positions, including sales, training, management, and acted as a senior-level regional Account Executive in BMS’ Government Operations group. Her latter responsibilities focused on solutions to issues and opportunities for the BMS portfolio of products related to Medicaid and managed care in New York State and the six New England states.
Ms. Hodge received her Bachelor of Science Degree, with concentrations in Chemistry and Psychology, from Siena College in Loudonville, New York. |
