Biography: Robert C. Capperella

Robert (Bob) C. Capperella is Vice President and COO of Integrated Therapeutics Institute, LLC
(ITI). Mr. Capperella specializes in new business development and client relations. He works primarily with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and/or specialty pharmacy companies to assist in strategy development and needs assessment with their customers such as employers, health plans, and hospitals/health systems. He has over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining ITI, Mr. Capperella was a Vice President at Aon Consulting in the Life Sciences Practice, a national practice within the corporation. He was responsible for securing and managing a multi-million dollar pharmaceutical engagement and was successful in renewing the contract as well as expanding the scope of the engagement throughout his career with Aon Consulting, resulting in over $14 million in revenue.
Mr. Capperella entered the healthcare industry after servicing the insurance industry for 15 years in senior sales and management positions for IBM. During his years at IBM, Mr.
Capperella, recognized the pivotal role managed care would continue to have in healthcare delivery and elected to retire early to embark on his present career.
Mr. Capperella received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. |
